We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by high quality pictures of what the damage is. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with high quality photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost, per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you’re receiving a replacement, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible.
